LONG SUMMARY: Jack is preparing for a Hazmat team at Kyle's home. He waits for Dr. Nicole Duncan who heads LA Health Services and prepares to shoot up while he waits but doesn't get time. Duncan clearly has a past with Jack. As they drive off, she tells him that the estimates are way off and more people will die. She notices the vial on the floor of the car. Tony briefs his team on Kyle Singer, and that he may not know what is in the bag. Claudia and Hector are discussing what he is going to do once Ramon returns from prison. Gael informs them that Jack is close to the virus. Kyle's father gets angry about the money and Kyle hides out. He goes to leave and his dad finds the cocaine. They fight and the cocaine bag is broken. Kim tells Chase that Jack would've reacted the same way regardless of when he found out, but Chase doubts it very much. Palmer and Wayne discuss the allegations against Anne. Wayne doesn't like Anne but he thinks this is about more than that. Palmer confrtonts Anne - her ex-husband Ted was convicted by SEC for fraud at a drug company. He said she knew nothing about it but now claims she was aware. Anne says that he has to trust her. Salazar meets with Annicon. He tells Annicon he'll be relaeased within a few hours and the guard then kills Annicon. Salazar, who has kidnapped the guard's son, informs him he'll get his son back now. Jack, Dr Duncan and a team raid the Singer house but Kyle's mom - having panicked - has thrown the cocaine down the toilet. Jack fears the virus is now airborne. Chaos breaks as Dr Macer, Tony and Dr Duncan attempt to contain the virus, the local news picks up the story of the dead body and Annicon's death is made known. Jack suddenly becomes claustrophobic and throws up. Dr Duncan's team figures out that the poweder is harmless and Jack theorises that the virus has a living host. He thinks that Kyle was in Mexico eleven hours ago and there are only three hours until the virus is to be released, which covers the fourteen hour incubation period. Meanwhile, Kyle begs for his girlfriend's help to get money to pay for the cocaine. She tells him she'll steal money from her parents to cover it. Gael orders Gomez, who is trailing Kyle, to take him into containment because the police know he doesn't have the virus. At least not in powder form. At 3:41, Palmer meets his brother in the USC Auditorium. Wayne thinks they should pay Ted to keep his mouth shut. Palmer at first refuses to give into blackmail, but then agrees. Mr Singer calls his son in an attempt to trace him. Mr Singer tells him he could get sick but Kyle hangs up. Tony has the location and flies a team out there to meet Jack but won't tell Chase what is going on. However, Chloe does so. Chase thinks he is being made to do this because of Kim but Tony tells him to take it up with Jack. Jack, Gomez, Kyle and Dr Duncan's Hazmat team all head to the mall. Dr Duncan continues to notice Jack's problems, as he refuses to answer a call from Chase. Meanwhile, Chase hints at Jack's problems to Kim wihtout telling her such. Kim says they should break up if it is this bad. Chase doesn't say anything. Dr Duncan asks Jack how long he's been using heroin and he admits to having gotten addicted while undercover. She is worried about him and tells him not to screw up or she'll have to turn him in. They arrive at the mall. Tony is already inside, just near where Gomez is being ordered over the phone by Gael to stand down. Gomez doesn't listen, but when he gets to Kyle - he walks right past. Tony, noticing the boy standing alone, goes over and tells him that he could be sick. Behind him, Gomez turns and shoots Tony in the neck. Kyle runs off amid the confusion. Jack radios that Kyle is not in custody and then runs over to Tony, to check his pulse... User comments
